Our adventure began with an unexpected turn of events, following an exceptionally successful two-day workshop. The impact of our previous program on both the faculty and students was undeniable, leaving them highly impressed and eager for more. This two-day workshop, held on the 3rd and 4th of October, left a mark of enthusiasm and excitement in the students. it was the evening of the 5th that brought about a phone call that would change the course of our journey.
VIT Bhopal reached out with an urgent request for another workshop, and the catch was that they needed it almost immediately. Seeing this as a thrilling challenge, we rolled up our sleeves and embarked on an ambitious mission. With determination and a passionate drive, we mobilized our resources and worked tirelessly, racing against the clock to prepare for this opportunity. In just half a day, we transformed a spontaneous request into a reality. Our story is one of swift adaptation, teamwork, and a shared love for Aeromodelling. It's a tale that showcases the unexpected paths we can take and how, when met with enthusiasm and dedication, opportunities can emerge from the most surprising corners.

An Introduction to Basics of RC Planes
Let's dive into the world of RC planes! The day kicked off with a super interesting presentation that got everyone pumped up. Gouthami TS, the CEO at AEROGO, shared her knowledge and passion. She talked about RC planes in a way that made it all make sense – how they soar, what those plane words mean, all the parts, and the cool bits that make RC planes tick. It was like RC planes, setting the stage for the adventure.
Gouthami T S didn't just talk, though. She kept it lively, encouraging us to ask questions and chat it out. The room was buzzing with excitement as we dived into the world of model RC planes. After the informative presentation, we got split into 10 teams of five each. One big room held all these teams, making it a real team effort.
But here's the cool part – each team got their very own RC plane kit with all the stuff: plastic sheet thingies, some electronic bits, and a handy checklist. Students went through the kit like pros, so they all knew what was what. Then, the real fun began, building our very own RC planes! After a morning full of learning and activities, it was lunchtime. Everyone needed a break to refuel, both body and brain. We chowed down on a good meal, getting ready for the exciting stuff in the afternoon.
The afternoon session became a big turning point in the RC plane workshop. This was the moment the students had eagerly waited for. All the talking turned into action, and their dreams started turning into real RC planes. With the guidance of our experienced trainers, each team of students got to work, all set to jump into the exciting journey of building an RC plane from scratch. The workspace was alive with focused excitement as teams unpacked their materials, tools, and a shared determination to create something awesome.
As the afternoon rolled on, you could sense a feeling of accomplishment in the air. The workshop attendees could see their dreams turning into reality as the framework of their RC planes took form. It was a moment where all they'd learned transformed into something they could touch and see, and the room was filled with excitement about creating something extraordinary.
Students started the process of building their own RC planes from scratch with their kits in hand and hearts full of joy. Each team built the wings, fuselage, and tail of their RC plane under the supervision of skilled trainers. The class was humming with inventiveness as concepts came to life as actual planes. After an interesting morning of practical construction, the participants were treated to a great lunch. It provided a much-needed rest stop for refueling and networking with other flying enthusiasts.
Electronics Integration and Flight Testing:
The excitement in the afternoon class increased as students added electronic components to their recently built models. As the RC planes started to fly, the crucial moment arrived.
